The members of Quicksilver Striders work together to provide a supportive environment where we encourage and motivate one another to strive for our best!  We train together to help one another develop athletic capabilities through building endurance, strength, and promoting a healthy lifestyle and well being through regular exercise. 

Our coaches and team members are devoted to seeing each other succeed and achieve our personal running goals.
